These Silver Authentic Vintage Newfoundland 10cent Coin’s have King George V or George V1 on the back. I have been hand fashioned into a necklace. Each is on an 18 inch, 1.2mm Sterling Silver Faceted Ball Chain that’s made in Italy. Please note, every coin is slightly different so might vary slightly from the photo. I hand fashion these, each and every one is unique. I personally love the 1946 & 1947 series. They hardly minted any as Newfoundland was in the process of joining Canada.
Am excited to have my jewelry work in St. John’s at, N Design Studio, located at 100 Duckworth St.

A hand fashioned Republic of Newfoundland original gift item, especially good for birthday years....Nans, Great Nan’s, Pop’s
Newfoundland struck 10 cent coins from 1865 until 1947, although not in all years. From 1865 to 1944 they are 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper (sterling silver) then this was reduced to 80% silver and 20% copper from 1945 to 1947.
GEORGE VI TEN CENTS

In Fine that patch will be worn fairly smooth, in VF you will see about half of it, in XF 90%, and AU and higher it will be complete and sharp. Have fun looking... |
